Wood Destroying Insect Report

Wood Destroying Insect Reports are required if you are buying or selling a home.   The charge is $95.00.  If you are under a termite renewal contract with Permatox, the charge for this report is reduced to $70.00 as an existing customer.  Permatox will come do the inspection and deliver the Wood Destroying Insect Report to your closing attorney.

In most cases, the cost of the Wood Destroying Insect Report is taken care of in the closing costs.
